  1. Eligibility for Return
    Products purchased from SOFTAURAA may be eligible for return if:

    Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

    Opened, used, or tampered hygiene products are not eligible for return or refund.
    Returns will be accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or incorrect product delivery, subject to verification.

  13. Cooling-Off Period for Direct Sellers
    In accordance with applicable direct selling regulations, newly registered distributors / partners may be eligible for a cooling-off period, during which they may choose to discontinue their association with SOFTAURAA, subject to company policies.
    Any product return during the cooling-off period must comply with hygiene, packaging, and return conditions stated in this policy.
    Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after inspection and verification.
